Well years later still making my own home made bread. I put some fruit in it now and toast it, i've also cut down the amount of oil. I find i eat quite a bit of it with my running but because it's high fibre it fills you up quiet quickly. it is also nutritious. Take a look when you get 10 mins. Comments appreciated. My bread machine is quite old now and the bread is sticking sometimes to the bottom of the pan where the non-stick surface (non-toxic) is coming off. Might get a replacement but my mate gave me his machine as he never used it. :-)
